Sabrage Champagne

The two hundred year old tradition of opening champagne bottles with a sabre is growing in popularity.

Jonathan and Nikki are both Maitre Sabreurs and members of the Confrerie du Sabre d'Or which means they can both teach and perform this noble art.

Any special event however large or small can be enhanced by flashing the blade.  Commemorative  certificates are awarded to those who choose to participate.
