- As your guests arrive for your wedding breakfast/reception they will be welcomed by Your Toastmasters. There is much to do before and during the celebrations ... keeping everyone informed, location for presents and cards, where welcome drinks and canapé are served, who/when guests should be in photographs, where they will sit during the meal, timings of meal, organising receiving line, welcoming the bridal party and the newlyweds, signing of guests book, introducing speeches, cutting of your cake and exit from wedding breakfast - to name but a few!
An eye for detail before your wedding ensures everyone is relaxed and ready to enjoy the big day. May it be assisting with pre planning, visiting your home prior to ceremony, attaching buttonholes, tying cravats and putting your partner at ease ..... nothing is too much trouble.
The ceremony is an important event, which is why Your Toastmasters arrive 1 hour before to ensure everyone is welcomed and put at ease on their arrival. We assist where necessary the staging of group/confetti shots with your photographer before heading to your wedding breakfast.
Weddings and Civil Ceremonies
These take a lot of careful planning and Jonathan and Nikki can support and advise you to make your dreams come true. After an initial meeting they are then on hand until your second meeting closer to the big day itself where they will finalise your all details.
As your wedding toastmasters Nikki and Jonathan will attend your wedding rehearsal (if available) and be at your actual ceremony an hour before it begins. Your toastmasters will support you, your wedding party, family and guests throughout the day until your first dance.
Your wedding toastmasters wear black tails at your church ceremony, red tails at your wedding reception and wedding breakfast and make all required announcements in a style that suits you.
A wedding is a complex occasion involving many suppliers and through good humour, hard work and common sense Nikki and Jonathan ensure that all is as it should be on your behalf.
