Corporate events are always important to the organisers however large or small the event.  When people gather together they need to be kept informed.  If you are planning such an event using an event toastmaster or master of ceremonies as focal point will ensure it happens in the way you always intended.

Your Toastmasters will work in a style that suits you because they are representing you and your company.

Prior to the event we will :

• work closely with you to discuss your ideas and schedule,
• offer assistance with the programme order,
• to ensure your event runs smoothly we will discuss your requirements for announcements,
• discuss the style of function and how you would like your guests managed - may it be informal or formal approach,
• visit the venue and work closely with all personnel/professionals that will be involved with your event.

On the day of the event Nikki and Jonathan will:

• arrive in plenty of time to finalise details with the venue management and include any late amendments,
• be responsible for the smooth running of your event which will allow you to relax and host your guests,
• ensure your event runs to time and is stress free for you,
• make announcements and introductions as requested,
• if required, support your guest speakers,
• be thoughtful and proactive throughout the day which will ensure your guests are at ease and enjoy your event,
• be on hand to discretely and positively deal with the unexpected.
